Privacy Policy

Last updated: 9th June 2026

Short version: FFIT doesn't know who you are, doesn't want to, and has no way to find out. This page explains that in slightly more words for legal reasons.

What we collect

Nothing about you personally. No account. No email. No name. No device fingerprint. No tracking pixel. No third-party scripts watching what you do.

Your last two workout configs are saved in your browser's localStorage—that data never leaves your device. It's just so you don't have to re-enter your settings every time.

Server logs

FFIT is hosted on Vercel and served through Cloudflare. Both may log standard server data—IP addresses, request timestamps, browser type—as part of normal infrastructure operation. This is industry-standard, we don't control it, we don't access it for any purpose beyond keeping the site up, and it's covered by Vercel's privacy policy and Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Cookies

None. Not a single one. That's why there's no cookie banner—there's nothing to consent to.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics, which is cookieless and does not collect personal data. It tells us how many people visited. That's it. No session tracking, no individual profiles, no data sold to anyone.

Third parties

We don't sell, share, rent, or trade your data. There's no data to sell.

Children

FFIT is a timer. It works fine for anyone who wants to do interval training. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone, children or otherwise.

Your rights (GDPR)

If you're in the EU, you have rights over your personal data under GDPR. Since we don't hold any personal data about you, there's nothing to request, correct, or delete. But if you have questions, email us at the address below and we'll sort it out.

Changes

If something material changes in how FFIT handles data, we'll update this page and the date at the top. We won't email you because we don't have your email.
